Transition Timeline
We know that transitioning to a new bank can seem daunting, so we’ve created the following timeline and this welcome guide to help you through the process and make sure we all have the details covered each step of the way.

- Review the Welcome Guide and keep it in a convenient spot for future reference. Prior to January 23, 2026, download or print any payment history or past statements from your Union Bank account you may want to reference later. The First Community Bank Customer Care Center is here to help you with any questions you have about the upcoming transition. Contact us at 800-971-4671. Our Customer Care Center hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

- Debit Cards Arrive — Look for your new First Community Bank Visa® Debit Card and PIN in separate mailings. After January 26, 2026, you can set or change your PIN at any branch or ATM.

- ATM Upgrades Begin — Union Bank ATMs are upgraded to First Community Bank XpressBanker ATMs/ITMs. During this time, you can still withdraw cash surcharge-free.
- Bill Pay Transfers — Scheduled payments and payee information will move automatically to First Community Bank. The final day to schedule Union Bank bill payments is January 19, 2026.

- Zelle® Ends at Union Bank — Union Bank Zelle® transfers stop on this date. Zelle® will be available again with First Community Bank’s Xpress Mobile App beginning January 26, 2026.

- Online Banking Cutoff — Union Bank Online Banking ends at 2:00 p.m. on this date. Online Banking and the Xpress by FCB Mobile App will be available again with First Community Bank beginning January 26, 2026

- Union Bank Branches Close Early — Branches close at 2:00 p.m. to prepare for conversion. Upgraded ATMs will remain available throughout the weekend

- Final Union Bank Statement — You’ll receive a final cut-off statement from Union Bank covering activity through January 23, 2026, followed by your first statement from First Community Bank.

- Welcome to First Community Bank — Branches reopen as First Community Bank. Online Banking and the Xpress Mobile App go live at 8:00 a.m. Direct deposits and automatic payments continue without interruption. Customer Care Center and Telephone Banking* will be fully available.
