First Community Bank is upgrading to a new online and mobile banking system on Monday, April 24, 2023. This conversion will require that you make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software. Please take the appropriate action in a timely manner to ensure a smooth transition.

Straightforward conversion instructions, and their required dates, follow.

There are two action deadlines associated with the steps. Please act on or prior to the dates listed below:

  • First Action Date: Friday, April 21, 2023

A data file backup and final transaction download should be completed by this date. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date, since your transaction history might not be available after the upgrade.

  • Second Action Date: Monday April 24, 2023

This is the action date for the remaining steps on the conversion instructions. You will complete the deactivation/reactivation of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken or Quickbooks accounts set up with the new connection.

First Community Bank offers Web Connect only for Quicken and QuickBooks. Surrey Bank & Trust customers that utilize Direct Connect today will have to begin using the Web Connect connection type April 24, 2023.

Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 3-5 business days. Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file for your records and resources during this outage. The following services may not be available during the outage:

  • Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect
  • Quickbooks Online Express Web Connect
  • Mint

Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure that no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
