We are looking for a friendly, motivated self-starter with SBA experience to develop new lending business and establish strong banking relationships with our customers. They should be up-to-date on all of the SBA products available and be able to structure a business development approach that establishes an effective network of mortgage referral sources which include realtors, builders, financial planners and more. In addition, they will support the bank's strong relationship banking culture through on-going customer contact, quality customer service, and superior product knowledge.

First Community Bank is looking for Lending Officers in the Columbus market with established local business and referral partnerships to solicit residential and/or non-owner occupied real estate loans. We offer both secondary market products as well as a wide range of portfolio products. We foster a very supportive team environment, have local underwriting on portfolio products, and provide an excellent compensation package.
