Commercial Loan Officer
We are looking for a commercial with mortgage loan experience to helps us develop an aggressive lending program to access small to medium sized business relationships for our portfolio.
These commercial relationships will be both secured and unsecured based upon cash flow analysis and appropriate collateralization. These relationships will be lines of credit; asset based lending, using both fixed and revolving facilities.
We provide local underwriting and decision making process.
