Balance Computation Method

We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day.

Automatically Renewable Time Account

This account will automatically renew at maturity. You will have 10 calendar days after the maturity date to withdraw funds without penalty. This account will not renew if you withdraw the funds on the maturity date or if we receive written notice from you before the maturity date or within the ten day grace period of your intention not to renew. Each renewal term will be the same as the original term, begins on the maturity date. Interest will be calculated on the same basis as during the original term. We reserve the right to stop automatic renewal by written notice to you before maturity. If you prevent renewal, interest will not accrue after final maturity.

Transaction Limitations

You may not make any deposits into your account before maturity. You can withdraw only interest credited in the term before maturity of that term. You can withdraw interest at anytime during the term of the deposit after it is credited to your account.

**All Annual Percentage Yields assume reinvestment of interest and principal.

Early Withdrawal Penalties

If we consent to a request for a withdrawal that is otherwise not permitted, you may have to pay a penalty. The interest rate we will use to calculate the interest forfeiture will be the rate on the account on the date of early withdrawal.

Original maturity Interest penalty on amount withdrawn
less than 1 year 91 days interest
1 year to less than 30 months      182 days interest
30 months to less than 3 years 9 months interest
3 years or more 365 days interest

There are certain circumstances such as death or incompetence of an owner of this account, the law permits, or in some cases requires, the waiver of the early withdrawal penalty.
